Session 4: Phase 3 - Process Design and Development

  • Process flowcharting and process control plans
  • Measurement systems analysis (MSA) and statistical tools
  • Advanced quality planning tools (e.g., Control Plan, Process FMEA

     Session 5: Phase 4 - Product and Process Validation
