Ubuntu Training in Sofia

As IT environments evolve to require greater flexibility and reduced operational costs, the transition to open-source infrastructure has shifted from being an elective to a strategic imperative. Although your team holds strong expertise in Windows-based systems, the lack of proficient Linux skills currently hinders the deployment of modern, scalable web applications and storage solutions.

Our Solution: This intensive 5-Day Accelerated Program is crafted to close that competence gap. Rather than merely teaching isolated commands, we empower Windows-focused administrators to become assured Linux System Engineers. Upon completion, your team will be equipped to deploy hardened web servers, oversee networked storage, and—most importantly—implement centralized identity management on Linux using Active Directory protocols.

By the conclusion of this training, participants will be able to:

• Deploy & Secure: Perform a clean installation of Ubuntu Server and harden it using industry-standard SSH protocols.
• Manage Identity: (New) Set up and administer Active Directory services via Samba to centralize user accounts and LDAP authentication.
• Automate: Develop Bash scripts to streamline routine maintenance procedures.
• Host: Deploy and sustain production-grade web servers (Apache/Nginx).

This instructor-led, live training in Sofia (online or onsite) is designed for system administrators who wish to use Ubuntu to set up and manage network devices, virtual machines, and containers in a secure, customizable, and user-friendly operating system.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Set up the necessary environment to manage network devices, virtual machines, and cloud images with Ubuntu.
