The curriculum also highlights the team’s critical function within the ART, fostering collaboration, joint planning, and continuous improvement with peer teams.

The program prepares teams for engagement in Program Increments (PI), addressing both team-level and program-level activities, with special emphasis on PI planning sessions. Upon completion, participants will be well-prepared to sit for the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam.
