Designed as a two-day intensive, this course equips teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to thrive in Agile settings by leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will gain insights into operating as Agile Teams, managing backlogs, and successfully conducting iteration planning and execution. The curriculum also highlights the team’s critical function within the ART, fostering collaboration, joint planning, and continuous improvement with peer teams.

The program prepares teams for engagement in Program Increments (PI), addressing both team-level and program-level activities, with special emphasis on PI planning sessions. Upon completion, participants will be well-prepared to sit for the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam.

• Implementing SAFe principles to extend Lean and Agile methodologies throughout the organization.
