Agile Essentials Training Course
The iSQI Agile Essentials course offers an internationally recognized qualification designed for professionals involved in agile projects who wish to become proficient in working within an agile environment. This program is suitable for Project Managers, Quality Managers, Software Development Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, IT Directors, and Management Consultants. The curriculum is divided into eight sections, guiding participants through the entire agile project lifecycle—from release planning and crafting user stories to conducting iteration reviews (showcases) and retrospectives. On the first day, the emphasis is on foundational principles, with 55% dedicated to theory and 45% to practical exercises. The second day shifts focus to practical application, allocating 40% to theory and 60% to hands-on exercises.

Practitioner in Agile Quality (PAQ) certification
21 HoursThe PAQ certification course is a three-day, experiential training program designed to sharpen practical skills that participants can immediately apply in their professional environments.
The examination is conducted as a 'hands-on' assessment. Candidates receive a product backlog release that includes user stories, related design documentation, and a 'multi-drop' application pre-loaded with defects. Participants are provided with clear instructions outlining the expectations for the practical assessment and the opportunity to produce the necessary work products. Each assessment includes one or two additional scenario-based questions requiring written responses (up to five questions in total), which address a range of competencies. Both the written answers and the outputs for the product backlog release are evaluated by an independent assessor. The assessment lasts for 2.5 hours.
SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification
14 HoursThe "SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification" training is a two-day course that equips participants with the skills necessary to effectively manage value delivery in a Lean Enterprise.
