  • Comparative overview: Lean vs. Agile vs. Six Sigma.

3. Lean Kanban (4 hours)

  • Kanban system fundamentals and core elements.
  • Effective board management strategies.
  • Defining Pull systems and Work In Progress (WIP) limits.
  • Key flow metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Takt Time.

4. Lean in Operational Processes (4 hours)

  • VSM (Value Stream Mapping) techniques.
  • Waste identification specifically within banking processes.
  • Implementing KAIKAKU (radical transformation).

5. Additional Lean Tools (2 hours)

  • GEMBA (the actual place where work happens).
  • KAIZEN (continuous improvement).
