Requirements
This is a practitioner-level course. Candidates must meet one of the following agile knowledge prerequisites: iSQI® Certified Agile Essentials (CAE), iSQI® Certified Scrum Master Pro, ISTQB® Foundation Level Agile Tester, or have at least two years of professional experience working in an Agile environment. Due to the course's practical, experiential learning approach, certain foundational knowledge is assumed. Without this background, candidates may find it challenging to complete the course and assessments within the allotted time. Participants are expected to already be proficient in basic practices and techniques, such as:
- Knowledge of Test Design techniques – Equivalence Partitioning (EP) / Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) / State Transition / Decision tables / Exploratory testing
- Basic testing terminology
- Understanding the distinction between functional and non-functional testing, including the core concepts of Performance and Usability testing
- Ability to perform all activities associated with the fundamental testing process
