I really valued the lightweight pacing and the way the training was structured, starting from the very basics and gradually building the knowledge needed to understand the next step. A special appreciation for the quick overview at the beginning of day two, which was very helpful to reconnect and refocus. I particularly loved was the no-screen approach. Being away from the computer, distractions, and noise, and instead fully immersed in the training for two days, was excellent. Having everything in printed format alongside the slide deck allowed for more meaningful interactions on paper. My brain felt both actively engaged and relaxed, and I was able to maintain focus extremely well. Bartek also has strong skills in managing many slides in succession while still keeping our attention. The use of real-life examples: Spotify, Amazon, other well-known companies, as well as his personal experiences made the content much more relatable. This turned what could have been a very theoretical learning experience into something practical, engaging, and clearly connected to real-world application.
